ICONIC ONBOARDING FORM

Before I officially let you inside our ICONIC MINI MIND Telegram, I want to know a little more about you, your business, and what you’re here to work through / get coached on. The more context I have, the better I can coach you - so give me all the tea. And if you feel comfortable, please drop your birth info so I can pull up your human design chart. I love taking a deeper look into your human design so i can understand how you’re wired, how you make decisions, where you may naturally get stuck, and how I can support you more intentionally while we’re working together. Thank you again for joining ICONIC! I can't wait to get started on October 5th!
